Location, easy to find. Place is clean
No elevator
They charge us 300 pesos for a small stain in the towel that was not made by us.
The lighting and the staff were okay
Leaking water into our room
The Hospitality of the staff, the comfort, the location, everything!
Limited water during my stay. I stayed for 3 days and imagine you want to poop but no water during your stay? Not sure if this has been an issue before or only during the trip. Aside from that the free internet connection is very slow.
the bed is comfy to sleep in and the room looks clean. staff is helpful
hot shower isn't working, low pressure water and then there was no water, the CR smells like drainage (imburnal) and over all we just coudnt wait to get out of there

Not soundproofed
The room that I stayed at was not soundproof.. in fact it was the exact opposite. It felt like the noise outside was amplified 3x.
Room is clean.
